Current Rates
Our park offers pull-thru, back-ins, 30-amp & 50-amp service for every lot, and full hookups, including water, electric, and septic!
Monthly – $445
Pay in full at check-in.
Deposit required. Pay pro-rated month at check-in, then for subsequent months’ pay rent on the 1st. Utilities are not included, instead they are billed based on usage on a monthly basis.
